Spring 2025 Freshwater Clean Up on the Econlockhatchee River.

One of Central Florida’s remaining wildlife refuges is calling you to come spend a day making a difference for the day itself and the future that follows. 

Each ticket includes a guided environmental cleanup, complete with lunch, lectures, and leisure activities—all for one great price! Boat rentals can be purchased through Day-Away Kayak Tours, and if you mention this event you'll get a discount!

After registering, we will contact your with the general information for the event including safety protocols, locations, and more! 

Starting at 8:00am you will embark in groups with your river chaperone who will be there to guide and ensure your safety as you get to work removing debris and litter from the environment. The paddle itself should last no more than 4 hours, with drinks and snacks provided throughout, plus a final celebration at the conclusion of the event.
